    • If video generation is delayed far beyond the expected processing time (without prior notice or explanation), and the content is no longer relevant or useful, you may request a refund.


Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following situations:

  • If you are dissatisfied due to personal taste or subjective preference when the video was generated correctly according to input.


  • If minor variations or imperfections are present, which are typical of generative AI systems.


  • If the request is made more than 7 days after the video was delivered.
